Install and first run
  1. Mac: open the DMG and drag Vlow into Applications. Windows: run setup.exe (per-user install; needs WebView2, built into Windows 11)
  2. Open Vlow and allow microphone and other permissions when asked
  3. On first use, download the speech model inside the app (about 1 GB, one time)
  4. Press the dictation key in any app and talk (Mac: F2, Windows: right Ctrl)
